What changed in the 2026-27 NDIS Pricing Schedule

The short answer

From 1 July 2026 the document providers knew as the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits was renamed the NDIS Pricing Schedule. The new document holds price tables only and is organised by provider type. Price limits were updated and some support types were restructured. Always check the current version on the NDIS website before you set your rates.

The rename and new structure

The Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits is now the NDIS Pricing Schedule, effective 1 July 2026. It is laid out by provider type so you can find your line items faster, and it contains the price tables rather than the surrounding rules and explanations. Read it together with the NDIS Support Catalogue, which lists the line item codes.

Price limits and restructures

Several price limits changed at the start of the financial year, with some supports increasing, some frozen and some reduced. Therapy supports are priced by profession, with separate items for direct service, non face-to-face work, travel, reports and telehealth. Confirm the exact figures for your services against the current Pricing Schedule before quoting them.

Where the claiming rules now sit

Because the Pricing Schedule contains price tables only, the detailed claiming rules that used to sit in the same document are being published separately. During the transition, the safest approach is to price at the current rates while following the most recent published claiming rules and documenting the basis for travel, non face-to-face and cancellation claims.
